Games Design

  • Aiding in the design, development and polish of levels, interactions, collisions and puzzle mechanics.

    • This included the implementation and animation set up of interactables, manually adding and altering collisions in levels, bug-fixing and polishing Generator puzzle mechanics etc.

Narrative Design

  • Reworking and polishing the flow and structure of branching paths.

    • Adding branching dialogue options and taking consideration of previous choices and consequences, missing characters etc. in the construction and flow of narrative segments.

    • Using in-house narrative design software.

  • Set up and polish of QTEs and QTE timings.

Cinematic Design

  • Editing the timing and composition of shots and sequences.

  • Aiding the Virtual Camera team by processing and restructuring data and implementation to fit their workflow.

    • This involved full reconstructions of chapter branching, sequence construction and animation data implementation to account for a change in pipeline

    • Required fast turn around and mastery of in-house systems, and the ability to clearly communicate changes to production and camera teams.
